Then her sneakers are sensually removed, while Louis make sure the socks remain well inserted, fondle her feet a bit, and ask her to point her toes as usual during the rest of the tie. She can move her feet a bit from time to time but keep them well aligned side by side, pointed most of the time. Louis leave Pamela in her ordeal for a while till he comes back to remove the tape/fabric and insert the black panel harness gag.
