Since defeating Myanna and the Dark Superiors, the new Elite Force squad of Miss Freedom, Spectrum, Deceptress and others have enjoyed a period of calm. However, activity is beginning to build as energy signatures are picked up by Elite Force sensors. When Spectrum investigates she finds as Candy Race did, an attack Cyborg left in wait for her for a long time that has woken up. Unlike the Cyborg Candy fought, this one knows Spectrum’s powers.

They do battle and a cocky Spectrum is surprised that she cannot do the damage she’d hoped to do to this enemy. The Cyborg is constantly altering its levels of defence, attack, and dexterity to foil her powers. In the end it comes down to Spectrums fighting skill to survive. Even if she does, it appears problems are coming on the horizon for Elite Force.
